1. General Terms

Welcome to FXVNPro CopyTrade. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

2. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate registration information and keep their account credentials secure. Any activity performed through your account is your responsibility. Misuse of the platform for fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

3. Master & Follower Relationship

FXVNPro CopyTrade acts solely as a technology provider, enabling automatic trade copying between master and follower accounts. Masters can set their own Copy Fee (starting from 10 USDT), while the platform automatically deducts a 10 USDT service fee per active follower from master’s earnings.

4. Payments & Withdrawals

Payments are processed in USDT (BEP20) and handled automatically. Masters may request withdrawals from their dashboard once the minimum payout threshold is met. FXVNPro is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain congestion or incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user.

5. Trading Risks

Trading leveraged products such as Forex or CFDs involves significant risk. Copy trading does not guarantee profits and can result in losses. Users are fully responsible for their own investment decisions and should manage risk appropriately.

6. Platform Liability

FXVNPro CopyTrade provides technology for account connectivity and data synchronization only. We do not control trade execution, liquidity, or broker-side activities. The platform shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, or data inconsistency caused by brokers or third parties.

7. Amendments

FXVNPro reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
